I can make it in the gold color you prefer- yellow or white gold.
There is rhodium plating on the white gold, as done on white gold jewelry.

It is held with pressure and has 2 silver "cushions" inside the cuff that holds it in place on the nose ( like glasses ).
If you want to make sure it stays in place you can put a little bit of spirit gum on the back side of the cuff to hold it in place.
