Processing time:

PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO THE CORONAVIRUS IT COULD TAKE ME LONGER TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER, DEPENDING ON THE RESTRICTIONS THAT THE GOVERMANT DECIDES ON, TO STOP THE EPEDEMIC. 

THE PROCESSING TIME COULD BE 2 - 6 WEEKS.

You can contact me if you need a rush order.

Payments:

I accept Paypal. It is the safest for buyer and seller.
If you don't have a Paypal account you can still pay for the order with Paypal as a guest. Contact me if you need help doing this.
If you have an order above 200$ and would like to pay the whole sum in a couple of smaller payments, please contact me and I'll do my best to divide the payments to your comfort through Paypal.
If I recieve a couple of payments for one jewel, I'll start making the jewel after I receive the first payment and ship it after I receive the last payment. If you decide to cancel an order paid this way before it is shipped I will refund you minus a 10% restocking fee. I won't refund the payments if it is a jewel with customization. 
 

Shipping Methods:

In orders up to 229$-
I ship the jewelry in standard mail which takes 2 - 4 weeks to arrive at most destinations.
If you choose Express mail service ( EMS ) it takes 4 - 8 business days to arrive and has tracking.

In orders obove 230$-

These orders will be shipped with DHL express shipping, which takes up to 5 business days to arrive to most destinations, has tracking and is insured.

 I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Cancellations

In case you have canceled your order before it was shipped you will receive a full refund for your money. I do not accept canceltations of custom made jewelry.

I want you to be 100% satisfied when doing business with me. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply inform me in writing of your wish to return the item \ s to me within 14 days of receipt.

In such cases, I will issue a full refund ( excluding delivery charge: 10$- standard mail. 37$- express shipping ) when receiving the jewel back in new shape, or exchange the item for a different size/color if preferred. 

In case of an exchange, there will not be a 10% discount ( that returning customers receive ) on the item it will be exchanged to.

Please send the jewel in these cases in registered mail, so there will be tracking of the package on it's way back to me and the package won't get lost.

Please ship it in the box it came in.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Custom and personalized orders

I do not accept returns of custom jewelry ( also referring to rings made in requested sizes and jewels I have altered to fit you specifically, by your request ) unless there was a mistake on my part.

If there is a mistake in the sizing of a ring on your part, there is an option to have me change the size, but that is with an additional fee of 50% of the original ring price+ shipping.

Damage or Wrong Product

In the rare case that the item/s arrived damaged or a wrong item was delivered I will exchange the item, free of charge, or will refund you the full amount you paid including the shipping fee if an exchange is no option. 
In such cases, you must inform me within 3 days from goods arrival and send a picture of the jewel, and I will issue a refund or an item to exchange it.
I am not responsible for damage caused by wear or oxidizing of the silver
If you take the jewel to another jeweler to have it fixed \ altered, I am not responsible for damage or breaking of the jewel afterward

Shipping problems

If a package gets lost on its way by the tracking and does not arrive in a month and a half from the date of shipping to the US \ 2 months to other countries, I'll reship the jewel again or refund your money.

IF A PACKAGE REACHES YOU WITHOUT THE CONTENT and you see it's been stolen ( hole in the package or such ) please file a damage complaint at the postal service.
Only after you do this, I'll refund your money or send you a new item.

IF A PACKAGE IS RETURNED DUE TO BEING UNCLAIMED
you can pay for extra shipping+ handling funds, and I'll send it to you again,

or I can refund your money minus the shipping + handling fees ( this refund isn't possible in custom orders ).
Shipping fees that won't be refunded: 10$- standard mail. 37$- express shipping.

IF A PACKAGE WAS UNCLAIMED AT THE DESTINATION POST OFFICE and then disappered and not returned to me, there will be no refund.

Shipping address

The buyer is responsible to give the right shipping address in the order.
If the address is wrong and the package is shipped back to me because of this, I can reship it for an extra shipping fee or refund the money, minus the shipping fee, when I receive the package back.

Local taxes

Please note that in any case customs duties, tariffs, and taxes are not included in the shipping rate or item value. Therefore, overseas buyers may be subject to local taxes like VAT and to import duties as determined by their local government and I am not responsible in any way for these additional charges. In any case, it is the buyer's responsibility to verify the local and import tax that may apply to their order if any.
If you decide not to except a package due to import taxes and have it sent back to me, on its arrival I will refund you minus the original shipping fees and any other handling fees I will be subject to in receiving the package.

Custom orders will not be refunded in this case.
